We're a tiny, technical team with a modern TypeScript stack, and a founder who still reads every support email personally.

Fourplex is still small enough that every hire changes what gets built next. There's no backlog of someone else's decisions to inherit — the two people who join this year will help decide how the product handles compliance, utility billing, and the next few years of the roadmap.
You'll also see your work land immediately. There's no multi-team handoff between building a feature and a board member using it — most weeks, that gap is a single deploy.
We're building for communities that enterprise software forgot: small, self-managed HOAs and condos, co-ops, and associations from a handful of homes up to growing communities — too small for a management company but too complex for a spreadsheet. It's unglamorous, real infrastructure work, and it matters to the people who use it.

Small by design
Founder-led and intentionally lean. Decisions happen in a conversation, not a chain of approvals.
AI-assisted, not AI-first
Claude and Cursor are part of the daily workflow — schema changes and queries move fast, but a person reviews everything that ships.
Close to the customer
Everyone — including engineering — spends time with real boards and homeowners. Requests come from support threads, not a roadmap in a vacuum.
Hybrid, Seattle-based
We work together in Seattle part of the week and heads-down the rest. Plan to be local or open to relocating.
