$29 per month includes up to 19 homes. Each additional home costs $2 per month. Optional submetering is priced separately at $5 per home.
It's an optional HOA add-on: Fourplex bills the HOA $5 per home each month, from the month water billing starts. Common-area meters and a second meter in a home are free. Hardware is sold separately at cost. It's never a resident water-invoice line. Support approves purchases; meter discovery does not change your bill.
One month free: annual billing is eleven times the entire monthly subscription, including submetering. Support-approved additions are prorated to your existing renewal date. Reductions or removal take effect at renewal; prepaid capacity stays available through the paid term.
No — your association receives the full dues amount. We charge transparent processing fees per transaction — 1.2% for ACH or 3.5% + $0.50 for domestic credit cards. International cards have an additional 1.7% surcharge. Recording manual cash or check payments is free. Your community may absorb these fees; agreed exceptions are disclosed before payment.
