Subprocessors

To deliver the Fourplex service, TVB Apps LLC ("Fourplex") relies on the third-party service providers ("subprocessors") listed below. Each subprocessor processes data only to provide services to us, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and not for its own marketing or advertising. This page is the current list of approved subprocessors referenced in our Data Processing Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
All of the subprocessors below store and process data on infrastructure located in the United States. Fourplex does not transfer customer data outside the United States.

AI subprocessors
Fourplex's Neo assistant sends messages, permitted document excerpts, and — when a board member asks about the current insurance policy — that policy's current metadata, premium, notes, and linked document title to an AI inference provider through the Vercel AI Gateway. Fourplex also sends extracted document-text chunks when creating document embeddings and document-search text of three or more characters when creating query embeddings, including searches performed directly outside Neo. We request zero data retention on every AI request, which means the provider does not retain the data we send or use it to train AI models. We do not use your data to train AI models. Changes to this list
Before we add a new subprocessor or replace an existing one in a way that involves processing customer data, we will update this page and provide advance notice as described in our Data Processing Agreement. To receive notice of changes, email us at hello@getfourplex.com and ask to be added to our subprocessor update list.
